Attention UPS Teamster Local 162 members! Your Local 162 UPS Business Agents have put together grievance filing templates to help you fill out your grievances. Your grievance report must be submitted in person, by US Mail or by fax.  If mailed or faxed, call Local 162 to confirm receipt.  No emails.  As always, make sure you turn in your grievances in a timely manner!
