Dues and Teamster Power

Your Union dues provides the resources we need to negotiate strong contracts that provide better wages, working conditions, health care and retirement benefits, and job security for our members and their families.

Union members earn superior wages and benefits from their non-Union counterparts.  Your Union strength comes from your solidarity on the shop floor and your Union dues to maintain a strong Union to back you up.

Some of the Union activities that your Union dues support:

Salaries for Officers and staff to handle the day to day affairs at the Unio hall.

Daily representation and contract enforcement in the grievance procedure.
