Teamsters Mourn Loss of Brian Willison
Updated On: Mar 06, 2020

Teamsters Local 162 is mourning the loss of member Brian Willison.  Brother Willison was tragically killed in an on the job accident on Friday, February 28, 2020, at the Swire Coca Cola warehouse in Wilsonville, Oregon, where he worked as a forklift operator.  His co-workers are sharing their stories of Brian's strong work ethic and love for his family, including a son and daughter.  A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, March 9 at 1:00 p.m. at Donelson Funeral Chapel at 1070 West Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124.  It is our understanding a friend of the family has organized a "Brian Willison Memorial Fund" on GoFundMe with the proceeds going towards funeral expenses and with anything remaining going to his children.  Teamsters Local 162 will be passing the hat for donations at our monthly Union meeting at 10:00 AM on Sunday, April 5, and we will personally see that the proceeds are delivered to the family.  If you are unable to attend and want to donate you can give your donation to your shop steward to bring to the meeting.  Local 162 extends our sympathies and condolences to all of the friends, family and co-workers of Brian Willison.
